User Interface for Forms Module
This video demonstrates the new look and feel and the fresh user interface for the Forms Module in Incite Keystone.
The Forms Module is where all the projects information is contained. Users can send, receive and view their personal mail within the Mail Centre, as well as send, receive, view and update a projects formal correspondence, such as a Request For Information form or a Variation form.
Users can instantly view their messages within the preview pane or by opening the message.
Users can easily see in real time the latest versions of all their documents, subscribe to reports and generate reports, as well as, easily log and track their support tickets.

User Interface for Configuration Module
This video demonstrates the new look and feel and fresh user interface for the Configuration Module within Incite Keystone.
The video goes through the different wizards available to configure your Keystone project.
The projects forms, which are configured by an administrator, is displayed within the navigation pane. The administrator then selects a filter to view the form properties within the content grid.
The administrator can right click on the navigation pane to edit the form or create form properties.
From the toolbar menu, the administrator can: Create a form, Configure the navigation pane layout, Manage workflows, Edit project settings, View logbook entries and View subscriptions to reports.

User Interface for Contacts Module
This video demonstrates the new look and feel and fresh user interface for the Contacts Module within Incite Keystone.
The Contacts Module is a projects global address book. It houses all members, companies, distribution groups and member groups associated with a project.
Within the Contacts Module, a user can create project members, invite users to join the project, import members in bulk using a CSV file, manage companies involved with the project, manage personal and global distribution groups, manage member groups for access permissions, copy members from other Keystone projects, manage administrator rights and export data displayed in the content grid to PDF or Excel.
Within the contacts module, as well as all other modules, a user can search for members, companies, distribution groups or member groups by typing in their search criteria within the search box.

Sending a Request For Information (RFI)
This video demonstrates the ease in sending a form from Incite Keystone. The user creates a Request For Information form, attaches supporting files to the Request For Information form, fills out the form details, selects recipients using auto-complete functionality and sends the Request For Information to the selected recipients.
Once sent, the form can be viewed from the users mail centre area, or from within the Request For Information Register.

Creating a Report
This video demonstrates how easy it is to create a report for your project; in this case, a report on All RFIs by Status.
After the report is created and uploaded to Incite Keystone, the user generates the report and exports the report to PDF. The user then subscribes to the report and selects a schedule for when the report will be sent.
Reports can be created using Microsoft SQL Report Builder and can be created when the user is either online or offline.
